Now is a great time to do some spring cleaning in your laundry room:

Washers:

• Run a cycle on hot with some bleach in there to kill/clean the insides or
• use a washing machine cleaner such as Affresh.
• Wipe everything down on the outside of the washer & dryer with some
• mild disinfectant and a rag.
• Make sure if you have a detergent/bleach drawer that it comes out, clean it
• out with hot water to get all the gunk out.

Dryers:

• Wipe down the inside of the dryer with a damp cloth getting any little lint.
• Clean out the lint drawer. 
• If you have long vents, now is a great time to have them cleaned out by a
• professional company as most of the time this is not part of a laundry
• contract.
• Have your laundry company clean behind and inside the dryer panels to
• get rid of any excess lint.

Table & Misc. items:

• How do your tables look? Would you want to put your clothes on them
• clean or dirty?
• Do your dryer lines for clothes that people hang, need to be replaced or
• tightened?

How does your laundry room look and smell?

• Make it look clean and smell clean.
• A fresh coat of paint does wonders with a clean floor. 
• Mild air freshener, nothing too strong.
• Change out or clean out your laundry room garbage cans, they can build

up a strong odor over time.
